| By Joining "Pooky's Walking Club" I understand I am walking my dog at my own risk. I understand that attendance of any of the walks is not without risk to myself, members of my family, guests who may attend, or to my dog. I Understand it is my responsibility to keep my dog under control at all times. These are leashed dog walks in accordance with the local park rules. I further understand that coming in contact with other dogs is not without health risks and that it is my responsibility to be sure my dog is properly vaccinated and in good health. In consideration of this I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lynne Petermann/The Pooky Professor of any and all claims, claims by any member of my family, or accompanying guests of injury, expense, costs or damages to myself, my dog or any handler sponsored by me. I further understand that any pictures taken of the event may be used for press, website or advertising for an indefinite period of time. |
