Holidays: There will be an additional $10 charge per visit in addition to the regular rate. Prices subject to change based on clients needs, number of pets, time involved etc. There may be an additional clean up charge of $15.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for vacation sitting during summer months. 
Life can be unpredictable. No matter how well we plan out our vacations ahead of time, things happen. Kindly give us 24 hours cancellation notice otherwise it's reasonable to expect to still be paid for our time when services are cancelled on short notice.
Payment is due at the conclusion of visits. There is a 5 day grace period then interest fees may accrue.
The utmost care will be given in watching both your pet(s) and your home. However, due to extreme unpredictability of animals, we cannot accept responsibility for any mishaps of any extraordinary or unusual nature (example: biting, furniture damage, accidental death, etc.) or any complications in administering medications to the animal. Nor can we be held liable for injury, disappearance, death, or fines of pet(s) with access to the outdoors. Pet Sitter agrees to provide the services stated in this contract in a reliable, caring, and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the Client expressly waives and relinquishes any and all claims against Lynne Petermann/Pooky’s Pet Sitting/DBA The Pooky Professor as well as any and all independent contractors. I further authorize Pet Sitter to use written testimonials, photos and videos for advertising, websites, social media & promotional materials for an indefinite period of time. I have reviewed this Service contract for accuracy and understand the contents of this form.
